The  Strawberry Tart, or "Tarte aux Fraises", is an absolute classic in French Pâtisserie. We've crafted our version with a buttery, crisp pastry crust (pâte sucrée) made from scratch, layered with a light, creamy vanilla custard (crème pâtissière), and topped with the freshest strawberries. The result is an authentic, flavorful tart that brings the taste of a Parisian pâtisserie right to your table.
