OUR STORY

Caro Patisserie was founded in 2020 as a home baking business by Caroline Titzck, a French pastry chef who is very passionate about authentic French Patisserie. She has been living off her passion in Singapore for the past few years by catering her pastries to the local and French expat community.

The brand specialises in handmade and authentic French Tarts that are prepared fresh daily. It is particularly known within the French community for its popular classics such as French Apricot Tart, Tarte Bourdaloue (Pear), Tarte Tatin (Caramelised Apple), Raspberry Tart, Mixed Berry Tart, Hazelnut Praline Tart and many more …

After four years of success, the brand has now established two outlets, in Serangoon and Joo Chiat, by offering daily delivery, pick-up and walk-in.

Caro Patisserie’s primary aspiration is to provide Quality, Fresh and Authentic French tarts that are flavourful, yet light and enjoyable in Singapore’s hot weather.
