Orders need to be placed 1 day before (cut-off 1pm for next day delivery) on the website. If you are unable to select your desired date at check-out, do WhatsApp us and we will try our best to accommodate your order.

Our website allows you to place an order up to 1 day before (cut-off 1pm for next day). So it does not allow you to order for the same day. However, you can WhatsApp us at +65 9454 1486 and we will try our best to accommodate your request! 

If you wish to add more items to your existing order, you can do so up to 1 day before delivery/pick-up (before 1pm). However if you wish to cancel or change existing items in your order, best to let us know at least 48 hours in advance. For timely cancellations, we are unable to refund, but we can change your order date or issue a store credit which you can use at a later time with no expiry.

On our cart page, you can simply choose your desired delivery/store pick-up date and timeslot. For store pick-up you can collect your order from any of our Retail Shops at either Joo Chiat or Serangoon.

Yes, you can select our nice gift message card and add your special message which we will print and add to your tart box.

Currently, we are not GST registered and the product prices on our website are final. However, this might change in the future.

We do not offer same day delivery/pick-up on our website. However, you can WhatsApp us at +65 9454 1486 and we will try our best to accommodate your request! If our delivery drivers have already left we might not be able to arrange delivery for you but you might want to book your own to collect from our Retail Shops. 

Our Delivery Fee is $11.9 for all areas in Singapore except for Sentosa and Tuas where a delivery fee of $15 applies. Free delivery is applied for orders over $120 ($150 for Sentosa/Tuas).

Yes, we do deliver to all areas in Singapore unless the area has restricted access (e.g. airport, port).

It is your responsibility to ensure that you or the recipient is home to receive your delivery. The driver will call and text you if nobody answers the door. However, if nobody can be reached, we will have to reschedule your delivery and charge an additional re-delivery fee of $20.

You can keep the tarts for up to 2 days in the fridge. We do highly recommend to consume them on the same day to ensure maximum freshness. Especially the fresh fruit tarts such as mango, mixed berry, and strawberry should be eaten on the day of delivery/collection.

Our tarts should be kept refrigerated until consumption. If you don't have a fridge at your office, keep them at least air-conditioned. At no times you should leave our tarts outside or not air-conditioned for a prolonged time. Our cookie tins should be closed tightly after opening and stored air-conditioned for best flavour and texture.

Our tarts are made fresh daily and we make everything in-house from scratch using the freshest and quality ingredients. Our tart shells are our unique selling point, as they are all handmade using a special baking technique adopted by high-end patisseries in Paris which makes them fragrant and crispy for a long time. They stay fresh much longer especially in Singapore's hot and humid climate.
