Description

A classic in France during the festive season. Our 3-Chocolate New Year's Buche is made of 3 different chocolate mousse (dark, milk and white) and bedded on a crispy hazelnut feuilletine and generous genoise. The log cake is decorated with a nicely piped hazelnut cream and a MERRY CHRISTMAS sign.
