Description

This individual log cake is a classic in France during the festive season. Our three Chocolate Christmas log cake is made of 3 different chocolate mousse (dark, milk and white) and bedded on a crispy hazelnut feuilletine and generous genoise. The log cake is decorated with a nicely piped hazelnut cream.
