Born and having grown up in Paris in a family of food lovers, running restaurants, I have always had a particular interest in cooking and baking. 

I have been baking since the age of 10 and developed my passion eversince. Enjoying daily sweet treats is part of my lifestyle, like it is a custom in France. 

My passion lies in the homemade creations, with the objective to bring these French patisseries from my childhood to the people here in Singapore. 

In my portfolio, I am sharing with you some of the very traditional tarts you will find in a typical French bakery.
